If you choose to cancel your TeenSafe account, please login to your account and go to the My Account area. Then, click Cancel Subscription. Or, you can call our Customer Support team at (800)245-8598, Monday - Friday between 8 AM - 5 PM CST.
If you are unable to login to your account for any reason or do not remember the email address under which you originally signed up, please email us at email@example.com with at least one piece of the following information and we can assist you with canceling your account:
• The first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card used to setup the account (please do not email the entire credit card number)
• First name and last name of the credit card holder
• A transaction id number from any recent transactions on your credit card statement from TeenSafe
For PayPal Customers:
• The email address associated with the PayPal account used
